Opening the Chest in Catspaw Blackmarket is the first part of a condition. Until the chest is opened, travelling here will do nothing; once it is opened, travelling here will trigger the second part of the condition.

Obligatory battle triggered once both the Catspaw and Greengrocer's conditions are satisfied: Two Crimson Blade commanders.
Before the trigger: Two Quicksilvers and a Lich. After the battle: Also two Quicksilvers and a Lich, except one of the Quicksilvers has a Khukuri instead of a Hatchet.

Taking the Aster Sigil from the chest in Catspaw Blackmarket will inevitably trigger a condition that sends Ashley to a preset location to fight Crimson Blade Commanders, removes Blood Lizards with valuable Damascus armor from a Walls North room, and puts the Phantom Dummy in their place, and adds an Affinity Dummy|Affinity Dummy to the Worker's Breakroom in the Wine Cellar.
